An initial consultation with our chiropractor takes approximately 45 minutes and includes a thorough history followed by a comprehensive, physical spinal and postural examination. You will be required to fill in some initial “new-patient” paperwork prior to your consultation. If X-Rays are required, they are carried out on site by our Chiropractor. X-Rays are also processed on site and are reported on to the patient on the following visit. This visit can be scheduled as early as the following day where time permits.

Similar to the Chiropractic Initial Consultation, patients presenting for a massage for the first time will be required to complete some initial paper work prior to their consultation with the therapist. Massage visits can be either half-hour or one hour appointments. Whilst remedial, sports and deep tissue massage are the most popular types of massages at the clinic, our therapist can also provide a Swedish style massage if relaxation is the key objective requested by the patient.

The Naturopathic examination is a highly comprehensive and thorough health assessment that usually will take up to one and a half hours. Following the completion of the initial new patient paperwork, a detailed history will be taken followed by any necessary physical examination tests.
