What happens in the first visit? For new patients we have the ‘New Patient Offer’ this is the Initial Consultation, which is a 30-minute session.

As Outlined near the top of the page, in this session a medical history assessment will be conducted followed by both an orthopaedic and a neurological examination, if an X-ray is relevant you will be given a referral for one, which can be Bulk-Billed.

Once we identify what your condition is, provided it is a condition chiropractic care treats, we then create a personalized Treatment plan, in the case of needing an X-ray this would happen at a follow-up appointment.

Only if it is safe to continue will you then receive your first adjustment, as your safety is our NO.1 priority.

Please note: It is best to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so you can fill out our new patient form before the appointment.

The cost of the Initial Consultation is $99, and $93 for Bupa Members as we are a Bupa Members First provider.
